Becoming a Voynex travel fulfillment partner is a straightforward process. Here is what to expect from application through to an established partnership.
The process
From Application to Partnership
Apply
Submit a partnership application through our website. Provide information about your agency's capabilities, accreditation, international coverage, and the commercial arrangements you offer. There is no fee to apply.
Review
We review your application against our current requirements. We evaluate international coverage, ticketing capabilities, after-hours availability, technology, and payment arrangements. We may follow up with questions.
Discussion
If your application looks like a good fit, we will reach out to discuss the potential relationship in more detail. This is an opportunity to ask questions and understand whether the partnership makes sense for both parties.
Onboarding
If we agree to proceed, we will work through the onboarding process together. This includes establishing the commercial terms, payment arrangements, and operational procedures for the partnership.
Partner
Once onboarding is complete, the partnership is established. Approved partners may receive recurring booking opportunities as the commercial relationship develops, subject to the partner's capabilities and our evolving requirements.
We are building a network of long-term partners, not a directory of one-time vendors. We are looking for agencies that approach this as a serious commercial relationship — and we intend to do the same.
